Dear friends,

Warm greetings from Yuvsatta (youth for peace)-NGO,

This is just to share with you that in these challenging times and hours of crisis, we the volunteers of Yuvsatta-NGO along with Peace Club students of a local KB DAV Senior Secondary School at Chandigarh in north India, organized a prayer meeting for well-being and safety of all the people in neighbouring country of China and other 16 affected countries globally, including Thailand, France, the US and Australia.

As the only two major developing countries with a population of over two billions and important representatives of emerging economies, age-old China-India relations transcend the bilateral dimension and assume global and strategic significance. And we hope and wish that with passage of time this Indo-China people to people association of ours will grow more and deepen further.

亲爱的朋友们：

请接受来自印度青年和平大会的温暖问候。

在这充满挑战和危机的时候，我们这些来自印度青年和平大会的志愿者们和昌迪加尔KB DAV中学和平俱乐部的学生们组织了一场祈福活动，祈求我们的邻国中国及包括泰国、法国、美国和澳大利亚等国在内的世界上其他16个受疫情影响的国家和人民的幸福和安全。

中国和印度是世界上仅有的两个人口超过十亿的国家，也是新兴经济体的重要代表。古老的中印关系超越了双边层面，对全球有着重要的战略性意义。我们也希望随着时间的推移，印中人民之间的友好关系将得到进一步发展。
