The Lectures were held in Shenyang and Dalian respectively on July 17 and 19, 2013. The delegation met with Governor Chen Zhenggao of Liaoning Province, Mayor Gao Hongbin of Benxi City and President Li Yongjin of Dalian Municipal People’s Friendship Association. The group also paid a Visit to He’s University.
