The Lecture was held in Jinan and Qingdao respectively on October 31 and November 2, 2012. Over 120 representatives from Shandong Development and Reform Commission, Economic and Information Technology Committee, Department of Commerce, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Health and enterprises of Shandong Province attended the Lecture. Vice Governor Xia Geng of Shandong Province and Vice Chairman Xu Hang of the Standing Committee of Qingdao People’s Congress met with the delegation respectively. The delegation also paid visits to Jinan Railway Vehicles Equipment Co., Ltd. and the Rubber Valley in Qingdao.
