On Nov.3rd, organized by the CPAFFC, Committee on Industry, Manufacturing and Maquiladora of Chamber of Deputies of Mexico and Enlace Económico Cultural Mexico-China (Mexico-China Economic and Cultural Exchange Center), the 4th  Seminar on Economy and Business of China-Mexico Strategic Partners in 21st Century was held in Beijing.

CPAFFC President Li Xiaolin, Vice President Xie Yuan, Senator Teofilo Torres Corzo, President of Committee of Asia-Pacific Foreign Relations of the Mexican Senate, H.E. Mr. Julian Ventura, the Mexican Ambassador to China, Senator. Lilia Guadalupe Merodio Reza, Secretary-General of the Mexican Senate, Deputy Luis Murguia, Secretary-General of Committee on Industry, Manufacturing and Maquiladora of Chamber of Deputies, the persons in charge of The Export-Import Bank of China, China Federation of Industrial Economics, China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, and the Chinese and Mexican enterprises attended the seminar.

President Li made the keynote speech at the opening ceremony and met with the major Mexican guests before the seminar.
