On 24th of April, Mr. Chen Yuan, Vice President of Chinese Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and President of China-Russia Friendship Association (CRFA) held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Denisov, the Russian Ambassador to China.

Chen Yuan mentioned about the commemorative activities of China-Russia Friendship Association related to the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of World Anti-Fascist War and Chinese People’s Resistance against Japanese Aggression. He expressed that China-Russia Friendship Association will continue paying efforts to promote the communications between the two peoples.

H.E. Mr. Denisov thanked Mr. Chen Yuan for his outstanding contribution to the people-to-people friendship between the two countries. Russian Embassy to China is willing to provide help to the China-Russia Friendship Association at this aspect.

Mrs. Hu Chunmei, Associated Counsel of the Department of European and Asian Affairs attended the meeting.
