The main theme of the Forum is Sustainable Development of people-to-people Friendship Work. Initiated by CPAFFC President, Madam Li Xiaolin in 2004, the Forum has provided a platform for friendly organizations from different countries in the AmericanOceanian region to promote exchangesfriendly communication. The 1st Forum was held in Chongqing in 2004, 2nd in Wuhan, Hubei in 2006, 3rd in Zhangjiajie, Hunan in 2008.the 5th Forum will be held in Changchun, Jilin in 2012.
