The High-Level Forum on China-France Local Governments Cooperation is one of the official programs laid down by the two sides during the China-France cultural years. The Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC)the National Commission on Local Cooperation of France are the two lead agencies of the Forum.
