On October 17, Yuan Mindao, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), met with Ogoshi Shunichi, Vice Chairperson of the Shimane Prefectural Assembly; Mino Ryo, Director of the Department of Environment and Civic Affairs of Shimane Prefectural Government; and other delegation members at the CPAFFC. The two sides discussed strengthening China-Japan subnational and people-to-people exchanges.
