Exhibition of Four French Photographers Held in Capital Library of China

The Exhibition of Four French Photographers, jointly sponsored by the CPAFFC, the Capital Library of China, the Photographic Federation of France, and the French-Chinese Economic, Culture and Education Exchanges Association, opens at the Capital Library of China on May 6, 2016.

The Photographic Federation of France is a professional association of photographers in France, whose members are all world-renowned artists. The exhibition includes works by Pholippe Litzler, editor-in-chief of French Photography magazine, Florence Notte, who has held a solo photo exhibition Yunnan Impression in France, and the other two photographers who also have won many titles in world photography contests. They care about public welfare and charitable undertakings, and enthusiastic about participating in  activities of cultural exchanges and dialogues. The exhibition presents 66 photos, covering recent winners, latest works and those taken in China. 

CPAFFC Vice President Hu Sishe, Secretary General of CPC Committee of the Capital Library of China Xiao Weiping, President of the French-Chinese Economic, Culture and Education Exchanges Association Duan Lisheng, and Florence Notte spoke at the opening ceremony respectively, and the Chinese Photographers Association, French Alliance from the French cultural Center and other relevant agencies were represented at the opening ceremony. Xinhua News Agency, China Radio International, the People's Daily and other a dozen of media reported the event. Audience such as amateur photographers, and people who are interested in French culture, totaling about 50, also attended the opening ceremony. The exhibition will be open to the public until May 10.
