On Sep.3,2015, at the invitation of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Mark Bethune(relative of Dr.Norman Bethune’s family), Gabriel Keresztesi(great grandson of James Endicott), Nie Guangtao(Rewi Alley’s Chinese adopted son), Philip Hall(great nephew of Kathleen Hall), Simon Deng Li(Honorary President of New Zealand China Friendship Society) and Gu Shian(Vice President of Bethune Baiqiuen Canadian Alliance) attended the Commemorative Activities for the 70th Anniversary of Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
