From May 4th to 5th Vice President of CPPCC and President of CRFA Mr. Chen Yuan led the CRFA (China- Russia Friendship Association) delegation to visit Russia. During the visit, Mr. Chen Yuan attended the congress “Review the past, Look into the Future and Cherish Peace”. At the congress he read the congratulatory letter from the Chinese President Xi Jinping and delivered a speech.
