The Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation, or simply The Guangzhou Award, was held from December 4th to 8th in Guangzhou. Mr. Ma Peihua, the vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Mr. Song Jingwu, the vice president of CPAFFC attended the plenary and delivered speeches respectively.
