CPAFFC Delegation led by Mr. Chen Haosu, founding President of UCLG ASPAC attended the 4th UCLG ASPAC Congress hosted by the city of Jakarta, Indonesia from October 2nd to 5th. Themed as “Resilient Cities: Rethink, Rebuid and Revitalize”, the congress included 3 thematic symposiums and 6 panel meetings. 100-odd local government representatives from 17 countries and regions attended the Congress. New presidency of UCLG ASPAC, Executive Bureau and Council were elected and Jakarta Declaration was announced.
