On January 18th, CPAFFC Vice President Mr. Song Jingwu met with Romanian Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Doru Costea who is about to accomplish his tenure in China.

Vice President Mr. Song Jingwu appreciated the Ambassador’s great devotion to promote China-Romania relations during his term, and spoke highly of China-Romania relations. In the coming new year, we hope the Romanian Embassy could support CPAFFC as always to enhance a more active people-to-people exchange and to achieve more pragmatic results in regional cooperation.

Ambassador Costea expressed gratitude towards CPAFFC for the great support during his tenure. Through activities hosted by CPAFFC, Romanian diplomats in China including himself developed a deeper understanding of and a more profound feeling towards China. In the future, he will continue the work with China-Romania relations to deepen the traditional friendship between the two countries.

Deputy Director General of CPAFFC European and Asian Affairs Mr. Lv Hongwei and Cultural Counsellor of Romanian Embassy Mr. Adrian Lupeanu were present during the meeting.
