Vice President Song Jingwu of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) led a delegation to Scotland，UK from Sept 20th to 23rd at the invitation of the Scotland China Association.

During the visit, the delegation met with Mme Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister of Scotland, Mr Mark Boyce, Head of International Relations of the Scottish Government, Janice Dickson, Chairman of the Scotland China Association(SCA) respectively, and attended the SCA’s members’ meeting. The delegation also held a meeting with Mr Pan Xinchun, Chinese Consul General in Edinburgh.
