On Oct.16, Mr.Ji Bingxuan, the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, met with Seiji Maehara,the Former Foreign Minister of Japan and the President of Ryouunkai Group of The Democratic Party of Japan，and his delegation of congressman. They exchanged opinions on Sino-Japanese relations and other issues concerned by both sides. Mr. Song Jingwu, Vice President of CPAFFC attended meeting. 

The delegation visited China at the invitation of CPAFFC.
