Main Functions:

Cultural Exchange Department is in charge of CPAFFC’s non-governmental cultural exchanges with countries of the world. These exchanges include receiving and sending cultural and art performing troupes and exhibitions, organizing performances and exhibitions, receiving and sending experts, scholars, professional personages in circles of literatureart, organizing exchange visits, interchange and forums, providing introductive materials on China to friendly-to-China organizations, personages, visiting foreign guests and delegations going abroad, publishing and overseeing the Chinese-English quarterly magazine Voice of Friendship，recurrently contacting the International Communication Office of CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Culture and cirlce of literature and art.
