Touching the Tigers, a documentary produced by the CPAFFC, is an accurate and touching story of Glen Beneda, an 18-year-old US Flying Tiger who was sent to the battlefield in China during World War II. It shows again the friendly sentiments between Chinese and American peoples 60 years ago. As an important part of the China-US High-level Consultation on People-to-People Exchange (CPE) in April 2011, the film had its premiere in Washington, DC, and was later shown in the Richard Nixon Presidential Library in Los Angeles and the Pacific Aviation Museum in Pearl Harbor. It was awarded the Excellent Documentary at the second Beijing International Film Festival in 2012.
