2013 年1 月21 日，“新思想、新智慧、新视野——全国友协联合年会”在京举办，年会展示2012 年全国友协10 大创新项目，设立9 个分论坛就民间外交热点问题进行开放式研讨，达到了启迪思想、开阔视野、创新发展的目的。 路甬祥、韩启德、陈昌智、戴秉国、白立忱、阿不来提·阿不都热西提、顾秀莲、唐家璇、孙孚凌、罗豪才、徐匡迪等领导同志和我会及46 个地区国别友协的理事近千人出席。
2013 CPAFFC New Ideas Festival was held in Beijing on January 21, 2013. Ten innovative programs of the CPAFFC in 2012 were introduced and demonstrated. Nine forums were set up for open discussions on hotspot issues in peopleto-people diplomacy. The Festival reached its targeted goal of inspiring new ideas, broadening visions, and advancing creative development. Lu Yongxiang, Han Qide, Chen Changzhi, Dai Bingguo, Bai Lichen, Abdul'ahat Abdurixit, Gu Xiulian, Tang Jiaxuan, Sun Fuling, Luo Haocai, Xu Kuangdi and other leaders, and council members of the CPAFFC and 46 friendship associations with regions and other countries, nearly 1,000 in total, attended the Festival.
