法国人民援助会2007 年与我会建立友好关系以来，开展了大量的青少年交往活动和一些长期的公益项目，增进了中法两国人民间的了解和友谊。 2008 年8 月，该组织青年代表团在 甘肃省天水市参加援建水窖落成仪式。
Since Le Secours Populaire Français (SPF) established friendly relationship with the CPAFFC in 2007, the two organizations jointly conducted a number of youth exchanges and long-term charity project through the Foundation, contributing to enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between China and France. The Youth Delegation of Le Secours Populaire Français attends the inauguration ceremony of the water cellars built with their help in Tianshui, Gansu Province in August 2008.
