我会会刊《友声》创刊于1983 年6 月。中、英文出版，截止2014 年5 月已出版175 期。每期发往130 个国家和地区近800 个组织和个人，国内发往1148 个组织和个人。 1987 年4 月，《友声》杂志主编田惠贞（右三）采访波（兰）中友协会长爱·格日瓦（右二）。
The Voice of Friendship, the CPAFFC journal published in Chinese and English, was launched in June 1983. As of May 2014, 175 issues have been published. The journal is sent to nearly 800 organizations and individuals in 130 countries and regions in addition to 1,148 organizations and individuals in China.
